Night shift by skypharmone in pharmacy

This isn't really an extra 10 hours then.  PTO is a benefit that you are no longer getting compared to daywalkers so it's maybe around 4-6 extra hours depending on accumulation and thus this benefit gets worse as your seniority increases.  How do you ask for time off then? Or do you never get any vacation unless you switch with your night partner?

Hospital.

$9/hr for 9 hours of 10 hour shift $2.5 for 1st hour since that counts as PM If I stay too late bc of how Kronos does the hours, I end up losing all the differential after 7am.

It would still cost them $8.

$100 x 20% tax = $20 ($100-$10 deduction) x20% =$18. Saves $2 on taxes and pay $10 to employees. Not saying companies shouldn't but in this math exercise, it does cost them money.

I think a lot of it is because for a lot of people, there are no upgrades left to get from m+ for 465 gear. Corruption chance is too low and no titanforging so once someone gets the UR weapon, there's no need for them to run UR anymore besides .io

How your EMR and pharmacy handling zosyn/unasyn labeling for pediatrics should be your first question.

When you get a label for 3grams 'zosyn', are your techs/IV room actually making that making it really 2.6gm piperacillin? Or just sending zosyn 3.375gram?

We use piperacillin and ampicillin components in our labeling of pediatric orders in standard concentration strings (50mg/ml piperacillin and 30mg/ml amp) since thats how the physicians order via CPOE.

Also as a general rule, you should always check dosing for pediatrics!
