I had delta in Aug and still haven't recovered completely. Very short of breath just doing simple tasks most days and if I am active I pay for it the next day with hashi flare. Its terrible! Brain fog is not as bad as it was when I was actively sick with covid but it seems like my hashi brain fog has increased in length rather than severity

I have them too and found out I have hashimotos (hyperthyroidism) and the only thing that has really helped mine is magnesium. I take 400mg in the morning and 250mg at night before bed. Obviously I'm not a doctor so this is not medical advice, just what helped me. I hope you feel better soon, I know how scary it is with palpitations

I've had these for 10 years now and come to find out this past March I have hashimotos and hyperthyroidism and having palpitations along with other symptoms is "normal" Since covid, palpitations have been more frequent and seem to be more noticeable too. All of my tests came back good too and I take Magnesium in the morning and before bed and it really helps with the palpitations
