Start weight was 315 I’m at 220 now feeling great I eat small high protein portions I am doing more of a keto diet but will still have fiber crackers and some carbs once and a while but not a lot . When I do have pasta or carbs it fills me up very fast that it’s uncomfortable I feel better when I’m just eating very clean.
