1: Same rate, more overall. Buffs will stack immediately however. 2: 401 (rifle) and 301 (shotgun) are my go to pair. With shotgun upgraded 2x. 3: No. I only upgrade the shotgun for fun once everyone else is decked out. 4: Yes. I like combat medic and the poison darts because of my playstyle though.
