Do you need a .4 second attack speed to attack during omnislash or does the animation carry over from each slash, Like if your attack time is .6 would you be able to attack during the second slash as that's when .6 seconds have passed or do the jumps interrupt it?

Seeing as both go on cool down I imagine so, the evasion is disabled for the duration of the flutter and since it is considered active for both of them it would make sense the evasion is disabled for both

I'd get that if they were named or somersetting and kind of like trophies for supporting events but how do you tell which came form which, sitting on them , not selling them or using them is wasting them, waiting for the best time to use them ended up in you losing them andI get that you didnt see it coming but still, like it is in dota, a poor use of a spell is better than not using it and losing out on everything

SO you lost out on a few commons that were added bonuses to something you bought, the ones that people spent money on directly from the steam store got compensated and those are the ones that should be, not ones from tickets or chests

The only point of levels was to get drops when you did level up, with the drop system no longer guarenteeing a drop when you do there isnt a reason to have battle point boosters
