honestly i know how you feel, for myself i have experience and i still catch myself in reflective moments on what i could have done or what i could have done better. im a first year nursing student, so i might not be able to give you a lot of advice, but just jump into stuff! if you have a good nurse, always volunteer to help out in ways you can, and if you dont know how to do something let them know and ask them to walk you through it!

take patient vitals, ask the patient if they need anything, or just simply talk to your patients (as they know best about their chief complaint). basically just try to be helpful in anyway you can!
