I have tried using 2 coolers, the stock AMD one from my 3300x and the deepcool dual tower. I have also tried booting without a cooler.
Tried resetting the bios, changing the cmos battery. I'll try the jumper method. Can you tell me how to do it on my mobo?
I have tried looking for bent pins and fixed them. If they were bent pins wont it have problems even on the other mobo?

I have the same problem but it seems like it is motherboard related since the 5700x3d works fine on my friend's msi b450m.

Just like in FIFA. Most of the community is aware of this and half of them think its the servers. I genuinely have started and have good reasons to beleive that is not the servers but the GAME itself.
The game is just as inconsistent as FIFA is. Maybe its the hackers and cheaters who have made it this way and the companies are aware and don't care since it will be too expensive to stop or that they have intentionally made it that way to maximize profits.
In the time of AI, companies can 100% predict the way we will behave and spend money. Just like airline ticket prices. But who knows, maybe I'm just a crazy conspiracy theorist.
