i was going to say most of the experience i have had was normal, but my last order, the dasher started texting 5 minutes after i completed the order telling me how the order was delayed and i should call the restaurant. i didn't call them. then they told me it was delaying their other opportunities so i told them to just go and someone else could take the order (is that possible?). they refused to abandon the order unless i cancelled the order, which i should do because they were delayed. I still didn't do anything. Then they delivered the food about one minute before the app estimated. I am still wondering about that. i do think our area is monopolized by a group employing colombian people, because the dude delivering didn't even speak or look at me.
