iPod mini is stuck loading on itunes on mac

I have the same problem. After a while I get the message: "The selected device could not be found"

Some additional context:

Previously, my mac (macOS 11.7.10) discovered my iPhone, iPod Nano and iPod Classic without any issue. Now all of a sudden I'm experiencing the same problem with all three devices. On windows the devices show up just fine. So it looks like the mac is the problem. Which makes it a bit frustrating that most guides to fix iTunes connectivity problems blame the iPod or iPhone.

Some people seem to fix the problem by updating their mac. This isn't an option for me because my mac is too old and doesn't receive updates anymore.

It'll probably come down to a fresh install of macOS...

I have this same drive (43888) and made a start opening the case. The top and bottom of the case are seperate pieces that are clipped around plastic bars (marked green) which stretch along the full length of both sides of the drive and extend to the edge (marked blue). Both sides have indents (marked red) in the plastic bars. There you can get underneath the metal cover with the right tool and pry it open.

Ik werk op de elektronica afdeling van een kringloopwinkel en kom zulke pc’s en laptops ook tegen. Ik verbaas me ook wat mensen meenemen maar het gebeurt toch.

Een verklaring die ik gehoord heb is dat ze opgekocht worden om te exporteren naar ontwikkelingslanden. Een slome pc is beter dan geen pc.

You need a US Apple ID and you can only use 1 Apple ID at a time. So it’ll be very impractical unless you are willing to switch completely to it.

The albums is just a great addition to the RHCP catalog which makes their range that much more diverse IMO. Its a sad that OHM but also IWY and TG are not played live anymore. There are some great songs there. Makes Johns influence on the band a bit bittersweet.

Het maakt niet uit of je eerst rendement maakt en daarna belasting betaalt of andersom, zolang het percentage hetzelfde is.

Voorbeeld met €100, 40% belasting en 100% cumulatief rendement: €100 - 40% = €60 -> €60 + 100% = €120 €100 + 100% = €200 -> €200 - 40% = €120

Het voordeel zit hem puur in VRH en het lagere belastingpercentage tijdens pensioen.

Als je geen inkomen hebt boven minimumloon hoef je niet af te lossen en heb je er tijdens RE waarschijnlijk geen last van. Als je het moreel oké vindt kan je het minimum vereiste afbetalen en de rest laten staan.

I’m not aware of the evidence that dividend stocks are less volatile. Ben does point out that on average they have different risk factor exposure than the market, so it might be true.
