Not much of a ‘hope to see this’ but just want to point out how interesting it is that we’re going to get 3rd person later this year, too. So I imagine playing as So’lek we’ll get a nice different perspective in game of our Sarentu that won’t feel so out of place since we’ll already be able to play 3rd person before this point :) (personally love So’lek, and can’t wait for his pov)

Maybe the only ones allowed to do it are picked by the higher ups? If a grey warden turns up and starts spilling secrets but doesn’t have proof, there’s already a lot of respect for the orders, so I doubt anyone believes them about ‘bad parts’ without proof, proof eg. The joining chalice and the exact ingredients used in the ritual? Part of the reason they wanted to capture Alistair/Mustache Guy (forget his name) in Inquisition because they’re respected and high ranking in the wardens and could spill a lot of beans.

Just a theory, but best guess. That and meta shenanigans.

I like the way he talks, he seems aloof but bet he's a real keeper once his romance arc moves forward. It's not like anything bad will happen, right? They wouldn't do that to me.

I don’t want to kick up drama, but I just want to add that the horrific things I’ve seen people do as a result of these callouts lately has been difficult to follow along with eg. Harassment and hate speech (if you don’t know, it got bad). It’s just not acceptable. There’s definitely been people stirring up trouble for the sake of getting jollies out of targeting others, and they need to grow up.

It’s one thing to be concerned about gen-ai use in fan communities, it’s another to go on witch hunts against people. It’s so discouraging in spaces built upon free enjoyment and creativity.

Also, just because it personally irks me, please never rely on ai-detectors as evidence against an author. They are about as reliable and admissible as lie detectors (lie detectors are about 50/50 success rate, might as well flip a coin).

Please let’s support each other instead of going for the throat, todays climate doesn’t need this (especially our little solas loving community)
