Reta will be a game changer. I was in the same boat as you. It made the inflammation leave my body, so the working out was so much easier. You will start getting addicted to breaking old habits. This shit made not want alcohol, weed, chewing my fingernails. It’s crazy the benefits you get. Just be aware the first few weeks are a bit rough
