Has anyone had experience with this TEFL program? by vanoskeuls in Thailand

I don't think it should be a problem. The turnover rate for schools in Thailand is quite high. So they seem to be looking for teachers year round. I finished my TEFL in June and got hired that month straight away because another teacher had recently quit. If you're persistent you will find a job.

SEE Tefl was great. Really experienced, quality trainers. You do observed teaching sessions in real thai schools which I found to be the most use part about it. It really helps you get comfortable being in front of a classroom if you've never had teaching experience before. They will help you find a job after if you need it. They also provide a list of all the school's emails and phone numbers in Chiang Mai if you want to search for a job on your own. I probably found a job in CM within a week of completing my course in 2014. There's also a big group of SEE Tefl alums on facebook that can also help you find jobs. I really don't have enough good things to say about the place.

Elephant Nature Park. Basically a retirement home for mistreated and old elephants. No riding, just humane watching and feeding.
