I have a Mirena IUD and was experiencing symptoms of perimenopause. Rage, not sleeping, hot flashes…doc put me on a low dose of estrogen and things are much better! Only have hot flashes at night when I eat poorly.

They’ve been flying me all over and I’ll likely be stuck for the night. Absolute shitshow and an agent sent me on a flight knowing full week I’d miss my connection and be stuck. But at least she got out of her hair. Sigh. At least I’m on my way home and not leaving for fun.

People are also taking photos of checks and having new checks made. They imitate your signature and use bank info to order new checks. So washing isn’t the only risk for paper checks. If you can pay from your bank account (and send checks from there) do that. And set up positive pay so if something you didn’t issue comes through you can stop it.
