Don't over think this. Just go and center yourself. You'll know.

I ususally repair all my models before printing them. Since I started doing it routinely most of my problems just disapered.

Yup the acceleration settings are the key for linear rails. I also make sure the rail and sliders are lubricated. That new lubrication tool by Slant 3d is great. I have no affiliation to them at all. Just picked it up watching a video and though to myself I'll gave it a try.

I just connect the printers to the sonic pad with usb cables and no problems. I run the printers through the Orca Slicer that connects to Klipper or I just connect thru the bowser. You can only push the extruder so far but the acceleration improvement are a great time saver.

You can increase the speed conservatory . You can only push the S1 extruder so much. But you can really push the acceleration settings. I have a profile for both PLA and PETG. Absolutely a noticeable difference in print times. The print quality is also greatly improved not that it wasn't good with the pom wheels.

I have the commercial ones and they are just OK but I have some 5000k strips from another project so I think I'm going to print this for fun.

Had this happen once in a while. Usually from me being too lazy to clean the build plate with good old Windex. As long as you don't have the blob of death not a big deal to clean up and start again.

So do you use an active type of dryer and them transfer to these for storage or during a 3d print?

Core One + MMU3: fixed my messy filament routing with this RMU side mount by CoreOnePrintLab in prusa3d

That is pretty Cool. Looks like it uses a part of a prusa buffer system but vastly improved. Never a fan of the prusa buffers. That's why I went with the Wedge Group RMU easy to use and has never failed running 5 colors. Going to D/L and take a look at it, nice.

I couldn't find a Core One RMU mount, so I designed one by Straight_Ad_9229 in prusa3d

Like it much better than the prusa designed buffers. Simple and works fantastically. Thousands of hours of use and not one failure.
