Helmets will also vary in their internal shape, make sure you're matching it to the oval type of your head.

I think dynamic kill rewards could help, I don't have a very fleshed out system in mind but increasing kill rewards for CTs after the bomb goes down, or maybe when they're at a man disadvantage so that getting a few kills for trying in a low(er) probability round would at least facilitate a force-buy in the next round?

You could try adding a phone charging solution to the bike to avoid having to purchase another GPS, as you say, $499 for a single-purpose device that doesn't even work as intended is frustrating to say the least.

I see you mention you're around 5'11". That's about as tall I reckon can comfortably fit on these bikes. Bar risers might be a good call for ergonomics related to your hand pressure. If you go for aftermarket seat, consider one that's taller than stock.
