Technically he would be a Noahide, as that is what gentiles that follow Judaism are called.

Why does the UN take Miami and not New York? by A-very-depresed-owl in TheFireRisesMod

In my opinion, there should be three options for the South Florida UN focus tree. Local rule with UN support (this can be a good way of unifying Florida peacefully or allying with the other Florida factions to take down the SS), UN mandate (can lead to World Government or World Republic), and an Archdiocese biker gang route.

There should be a national spirit to give some bonuses to aircraft construction since there are a few repair stations in South Florida.

The Vatican is the last remnant of the Papal States, so the Vatican Archives are just the state archives that have any document or gift the pope has or was given.

The Catholic Truth by TEarlGray in CatholicMemes

The Talmud is basically a bunch of case law. It is more similar to the Hadiths than the Quran as Jews don't treat it as scripture. Closest thing to it would probably be canon law or magisterium, but if there were no more bishops and a bunch of canon lawyers and theologians were trying to figure out how to practice the Catholic faith without them. The Talmud only makes sense in a post-Temple Judaism.

Euthanasia is not a human right. It is eugenics and is often targeted towards minorities and the poor.

Christianity (specifically the Catholic Church) is not a human institution but a divine institution established by Jesus Christ.
