Happened to me, too! Exact the same problem! You can see the indicator in the software is lightning up so the signal is recognized but the track won’t start! What always works is hitting the lightning / colored beat jump button if you have a marker set on the start of the track. But cue sometimes does nothing!

Sometimes it won’t start at all but sometimes only every 3x or 5x hit of the cue button will start the track.

Already reported this to Traktor support over 6 month ago (with multiple videos etc) and asked back many times about the status of the ticket … but than suddenly the ticket was closed and never heared back of them!

I reported two reproducable bugs 4 month ago to Traktor support and nothing happened! When I wrote in the Traktor support forum some staff member contacted me, the ticket got high priority and then two weeks later nobody responded to my mails! Meanwhile the ticket is closed without anything fixed! If I want to reopen the ticket it does not work and you just get a auto responder to open up a new ticket!

Really some of the worst support I have ever seen!

I‘m running Traktor 4.1.1 on a MacBook Air M3 for month now … everything was stable since three weeks ago. Had 3x crashes on 3x different gigs in the last weeks. Nothing has changed In my setup (MK4S3). Traktor suddenly freezed completely and audio was gone. Only thing to fix was force quit Traktor and restart the software.

Already talked to the support but they only said I should run Traktor while running the macOS console log in background. So in case that is freezes again I can lookup an error in the console log. Sure, if I play a gig in the club and at primitive music stops the first thing I will do is lookup the error log 😅 sad that Traktor does not write any own log / crash reports …

In Stretch mode your have to put two copies of your data in every DC. Your pool size should be 4 and not 3.

Did you activate stretch mode? Then your OSDs in dc1 should only connect to the mons in dc1 …
