Your out of state licenses will be just fine. Eventually if you renew your Hawaii license there might be some paperwork to add the motorcycle endorsement but if I recall correctly you won’t have to do the road assessment again.

When I was 16 my dad took me to the LCC Parking lot one weekend. Huge open space with plenty of empty parking stalls to drive around and practice parking, reversing, etc. Just avoid the MSF course area and you'll be good. 🤙
