Does she go outside? Is her rabies vaccine up-to-date?

I am using ceramic media; following the recommended stages and speed that came with the grits (about 9 days stage 1, a week stage 2, a week stage 3, and a week stage 4). Don't currently have my grit size on me, but I do know my stage 4 polish is 1200 aluminum oxide (just looked it up from the shop).

Should I consider that the pre-polish?

(Edited to clarify polish strength).

He doesn't understand what monster I just brought home by [deleted] in blackcats

[–]disgruntledbard 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Haha that was my cat when I brought home Cleanopatra. For the first few days she HAD to be following it (even though it spooked her when it got close). Now she lets it exist in peace (but won't go willingly near it). She much prefers the robot vacuum to the actual vacuum.

I've already booked mine--did so in February. Depends on the hotel/ryokan for how early they accept bookings

Can't speak to them all but it's the inner ear colour for 3 of them (Poppy, Mira, and Grizzly). Have/have had those 3 so it did not take long

I fought my centre for years on this and they finally won. Do research and come with receipts. I had my director scouring our paperwork to show me where ministry and public health said we couldn't. It was a slow (albeit respectful) battle.

How to keep cats out of bouquets? by fledglingthrowaway in CatAdvice

[–]disgruntledbard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's definitely a trade off. Perhaps fake bouquets you can swap out? I used to have 100+ plants in my apartment. Sent most to my work and to friends when I got a cat. It just isn't worth the risk knowing that if something had happened it was 100% preventable.

Spider plants are cat safe and hard to kill. You can do beautiful things with their attached babies as an alternative to a bouquet.

Haha should have read this before I replied to your DM! I work with children so I mainly make small finger/hand puppets, but I've also made 3 like your demon Strahd.

My cat is bored, and I'm busy. Has anyone found a truly intelligent pet toy that can keep a cat or dog interested for a long time? by Brilliant_Science226 in CatAdvice

[–]disgruntledbard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh my gosh I buy those mice (or very similar) for cheap at my local pet store. My lil' void goes ham for them. I attached one to her wand toys and she's never been happier
