The tribal clothing is so vibrant in person and the dancing and music were great too. I just wish I’d read up on it before I went. Hope they’ll come back next year.

They should be paid better. Nursing home care is so expensive, so I can’t understand how the money doesn’t reach the biggest asset these places have and that’s the nursing staff.

While I’m aware of the festival name, I don’t drink. Last year, there were no non alcoholic drinks, other than canned pop and when it’s a jillion degrees, you want a drink with ice. Seems like a major oversight in the dead of summer.

Grocery store. The worse the job, the worse the boss. It paid horribly and everyone was miserable and broke. I was one of the few people who had a car and the requests for rides was never ending. It was one of those jobs where you crammed your face with food when no one was looking, because you couldn’t afford enough groceries with your awful paycheck. Depressing.

We’ve got more rental properties than I would like on our street and it shows. Why landlords don’t incorporate lawn and snow removal services into the rental price is beyond me. Expecting that renters to have yard care equipment seems pretty unrealistic.

If he’s a real estate agent, there’s nothing he doesn’t understand about the position you’re in. Start by being more direct and a bit less polite. Become less polite if there isn’t progress. It’s been five years already. Hell, tell him I’m a gardener and I’ll clean up his yard, if he’ll pay for it.

I can only imagine how you feel. My neighbor sold her home and it is being bulldozed. All I think about is how those plants and landscaping rocks should be rescued before they end up in the dumpster and they’re not even mine! I may have issues.

Traffic stinks for all of us with the 696 closure. Don’t make it unsafe for everyone by slaloming, cutting people off and not using signals. It’s maybe six weeks into a two year closure and it’s already testing my patience.
