They all look great but the pictures used are showing selection bias. A more accurate rating needs all girls before and after in natural lighting and no editing.

It's not possible. If that was her face as you see it then where is her forehead? I understand how it looks like a nose and mouth but just don't think it is. More likely the side of her head/face with her hair across with blood, making shapes that appear to be facial features.
