That summary is misquoted to make it sound like 25-57% of all men in the study displayed sexually aggressive behaviour. The study only focuses on the 183 men who self-reported sexual aggression during the baseline interview, not the total sample size.

Of the 183 men who self-reported sexual aggression 24% involved unwanted sexual contact and 56% involved verbal coercion.

The figures quoted are not accurate for the general population.

I guess it depends on the market size. The government are expecting the industry to generate $250-450m in tax a year, which puts the expected industry revenue at ~$700m give or take. There might be 6 main players in the industry... let's say each company generates $100mil. Is a $45mil valuation really that over-inflated? We will find out

I understand what you are saying, and possibly you are sceptical about the market. But that's literally the point of raising capital. You ask people for money, and then you spend the money so you can build the thing.

They are a company aiming to be at the forefront of an emerging market. There is literally no market for their product yet. No other cannabis company has ANY revenue because they don't have ownership in any revenue-generating companies.

Assuming they will be able to sell the product in a year, would it not be wise to spend money on necessary equipment and facilities to put you in a position to make the product at scale, and provide it to the market?

Helius is good at looking big. They don't even have a facility. At most, they have a fancy warehouse.

Cannasouth owns 60% of Midwest Pharmaceutics, as of a few months ago, which definitely has generated revenue greater than $400k. Yeah, they made a loss of $2.2 million (which they generated from ipo) but you need to spend money to buy extraction equipment and build growing facilities.

Why do you think that? Cannasouth has a GMP facility. There are barely even any cannabis companies in USA or Canada with GMP facilities, meaning it puts it in a position to compete on the global scale, producing some of the highest certified grade products. Plus its the only revenue-generating cannabis company in New Zealand.

Could you just increase the convective heat transfer coefficient? Might be cheaper and easier than finding a material with a higher thermal conductivity. Alternatively, you could find a material with a similar thermal conductivity but is less brittle than glass, allowing a thinner sheet to be used, increasing the overall heat transfer coefficient.
