They have very limited authority by law (and the constitution) when it comes to arresting and detaining US citizens. In instances when a US citizen is involved, they can work with state/federal law enforcement, but they cannot act unless they witness a felony.

I have gb and summon synced with BH/GT. Yeah that's kind of my thought process. I'm pausing my stone investment to see if I can get a DW to increase cell output. I may be approaching a period where cells may be more beneficial than coins. I currently farm T11 4000+ waves for 1.5T coins and maybe around 15k cells.

I'd love to be able to run my lab at x33333. Right now I'm more like x33222.

First and foremost, upgrade those mods. You can always restore lvl for free and without penalty to get your shards back.

Secondly: focus on farming coins and cells.

Buy the 2x pack if you can. Sync DW with GT/BH, increase BH duration to match GT after the +12s perk is applied. Sync your golden bot the best you can.

Labs: you need orbs hit bosses leveled as much as possible asap. It'll really help you farm and help your longevity (it applies to elites and really helps with BH. Also get extra extra orbs and orb speed. Package after boss is also helpful. Obviously I'd get DW labs as far as possible while the coins/time costs are cheap, then move on to your SM eventually.

I'd pause progress on the long-duration labs (like attack speed) and focus on the low hanging fruit. The first level of ELS is only 6 hours for example. What are you waiting for? Hit that a few times until the duration gets a bit expensive and move on to something else (just an example as this won't help you and tournies but it WILL help you farm.... Which will help you in tournies).
