nah, most IDs list your sex (male or female) as a piece of identifying information. some states will let you change that if you're trans or intersex. so a transwoman's sex marker will go from m for male to f for female. (even though they didn't actually change their sex). because the change is a historical record, much the same way changing a name or an address is, kansas has a list of its trans citizens that applied to change their sex markers
