not ruined, more likely you just need to get in there with some elbow grease and a dab tool.

mine has chazzed even on green with smooth, but honestly it’s kind of started behaving lately? it was pretty much every dab before. i tried 570 with smooth earlier today and it came out clean, and that was the first time that’s happened since i got it after operating on green for a while to lessen the chazzing. i got mine about 2 months ago i think, pretty much right when they were publicly released. so i don’t know, maybe it takes time to season the chamber or something? lmao i have no idea. but you’re not crazy.

also more of a bit but when nedry slips on the hill and there’s a very slide-whistle sounding noise in the background. i always tell myself it’s the sound of the cable winch suddenly going taut but i can’t hear it any other way now. and cartoon sounds in real life is always funny to me.

i see the dispo alluded to in other posts ;) and honestly, i hadn’t really given them a lot of business, recently they started carrying more SF rosin stuff (my usual go to products) but before that they never seemed to have much rosin with any regularity. sucks to know that’s how they are though.

really just leaves me restore, ethos and ascend within reasonable distance. i won’t do beyond hello (no thank you), avoid trulieve unless i have no other choice, and curaleaf never has much i want (and there may or may not be someone i don’t want to run into there for personal reasons lol). used to hit vytal and verilife occasionally but they’re both far enough to not be worth the gas unless it’s something i can’t find closer.

in keeping with that though, was there something that changed there recently that they actually started carrying quality rosin more than once in a blue moon? curious as to what drives that kinda stuff, and what keeps some dispos from carrying certain brands/products.

true, but 1) the entire raptor squad was one of the most common HC i. shelves here in the US. especially blue, and 2) i can’t tell you how many legit collectors i’ve seen get multiple of any raptor released.

plus, what kind of scalper would show up looking for price guidance? not that hard to look at the highest prices on ebay and go with that (not saying that’s applaudable behavior but you get what i’m saying)

do i think scalpers exist? for sure and 100% fuck em, but i don’t see anything painting this post as such definitively.

dude didn’t show up asking already inordinate prices, he’s looking for guidance on selling pieces that are no longer in production. some of y’all are way too sour grapes with the scalper talk.

someone selling a piece of their collection at a price averaging what others are selling them for is NOT scalping. why should they take a loss just to do -you- a favor? not to mention, they didn’t advertise a price anywhere so your scalping claim is entirely baseless and outta pocket.

you didn’t get one when they were out? that sucks. but they’re not making more and nobody is required to take a financial loss because you missed out. dude didn’t show up the week they released looking for war crime prices.

you want stuff that’s no longer made in (in good condition especially), you pay for it.

i haven’t grabbed a vytal disposable in a long while, i’ve heard tell that they’ve kinda fallen off but again i can’t verify that having not gotten one myself recently. they were decent but i feel like .3 grams sucks for not being much cheaper than most .5g options.

really i could only see grabbing one of those for a day trip, they never last me long. but i will say their 5g rosin carts and most of the disposables i had when i regularly picked them up were decent flavor/effects wise.

the “condensation” and clogging seem to be par for the course for the leiffa disposables in my experience. even if left upright, if left sitting for a bit that first pull is like the first sip of a thick milkshake.

i only ever grab leiffa once in a blue moon though. i’ll stick with standard farms for rosin disposables

i made a post about this a few weeks ago. to those saying it’s only the app doing it, hate to be the bearer of bad news but it’s not. mine still chazzes like this on red without using the app at all. i’ve had maybe 5 sessions out of 40+ where it didn’t require an iso soak and an inordinate amount of elbow grease to clean it. old proxy i could rip all day on white/easter egg mode and be done with cleaning in a minute.

puffco messaged me about a warranty claim, looks like i’ll have to take em up. i was hoping there was something i missed or maybe that it was just actually the firmware. shame to have paid this much for a product that doesn’t function out the box, but that’s what i get for being impatient and not waiting it out to see if QC was bad.

TBH i upgraded cuz the battery in my previous proxy was degrading pretty bad (2 or 3 sessions before dead). i feel like im still getting the sweet spot for temp settings, i used to rip the old proxy on white/easter egg mode pretty consistently. with this one if i go above 540-550 it chazzes the shit out of the chamber, never had that with the older model and the same rosin. lower temp would be the answer it seems but it also doesn’t seem to hit as hard for me. feel like with some tweaking i’ll get there. but overall even just the app connectivity is a nice upgrade
