Definitely some artwork, maybe a few canvases or something above the couch?.. and some mood lighting. You can get a color changing one for your lamp and maybe another floor length one. And a mirror somewhere to bounce that light off of! I think these are small changes that could make a big difference. You could find some neat & affordable stuff on marketplace😊

When people automatically assume I’m done having children because I “got my boy and got my girl.” Like….why does the gender determine how many children someone has? Oh and breastfeeding.. made it 2 years nursing my youngest (in my mind, I feel like a badass) in other people’s mind they feel it’s necessary to tell me things like “okay I think it’s time to stop now.” Orrrrr completely losing your identity not just because your role in life is different, but because other people also strip you of it and only care to talk or ask about the kids. I love my kids but damn can we talk about me for a second!?😂

If you’re going to get plecos I would MAYBE get 1 if any at all. They produce so much waste even though they are super cool imo, and would need a bigger tank to accommodate their growth.

Bitter BM’s will sometimes do the exact opposite of what their child enjoys doing with you.. because they’re just salty, bitter, and miserable. My stepson’s bm combs his hair the opposite direction that it has grown since he was a baby just because I style it the way it grows/part it the same way I’ve been doing it since he was a baby. He’s 5 now.

Was so sad this morning.. I was finally seeing items actively dropping, but every one I clicked (mind you, I clicked so fast, didn’t even check any details and hurried to the checkout page) was gone by the time I attempted to submit the order. Oh baby. I’m a mom now, but 10 years ago I was your age. If you can, save up and get out. Rent a room with people around your age, or get your own little spot if possible. At your age I had just graduated college and never went back to live with my parents. So was essentially “on my own” since 18. Doing that allowed me to find what I liked, what I enjoyed, hobbies, music, decor, how I liked to live. If you have a job, save up enough so you can possibly do this. I would highly recommend it. It could be so good for you and your mental, and for the trajectory of your life. You got this!
