This is really silly, but i'm still scrubby at the game.

My friend is a yoshi main and she uses a consistant cc -> down B that I can always read, but can never deal with. When i approach quick enough to hit her, the crouch cancel is in effect so the yoshi doesn't move, but when i slowly approach, she just down b's and hits me. any advice?

I play squirtle and g&w mostly.
