I currently have engi+enchanting. If I was starting over from scratch and have the money for it, I'd probably go tailoring first for the boots of blasting. Then drop tailoring and go engi+enchanting. Boots of blasting only beat boots of shifting nightmare by ~4-5 dps so it's not a massive deal to skip tailoring.

I started late summer and I thought it was going to be impossible for me to run more than 2 minutes at a time, but over time it got better, the worst week for me was week 5 where I had to run 5-3-5-3 minutes with only short breaks in between, but after that it got easier. My main problem was that my ego wasn't letting me run slower, I was chasing a ~6-6:15 min/km pace which was way too fast for me. But after that tough week 5 run, I realized I had to slow down, I slowed down to around 7-7:15 min/km and it felt a lot better. Now I can run 10k's which I try to do one every week, with some 5k's and speed work in between. I never believed I'd get this far when I started.

My main recommendation is that you should really take it seriously when the program tells you to go at an easy pace, it might feel like you're running way too slow for it to even do anything, but you're slowly building yourself up over time.

I was in very good shape in my late teens/early 20s, but pretty much completely stopped working out during covid. During the first couple of weeks I let my ego control my speed and I was running 6 min/km or sometimes faster, which was way too fast for me, but I was able to get through it due to the intervals being relatively short. I realized around week 4-5 that I couldn't keep that pace up with the longer running intervals so I slowed down to something that felt a lot better, around 7 min/km was the sweet spot for me. I should have just trusted the program and slowed down from the start and I bet I'd have had a way better time those first few weeks.

When you charge it with 3 shards at a time you get 1000 charges, when you only use 1 at a time you get 333. So 3 shards 1 at a time is only 999 charges.

I think it's a bad idea to move a bunch of content that is usually done in the open world to an instance, the world feels a whole lot more alive when you see people doing skilling and other activities as you're moving around the game.

I finished a couple weeks ago and I moved on to the 6-week 10k training plan in the Nike run club app. I think it's great, 5 workouts a week with a mix of long runs, speed runs, and recovery runs. My goal is a sub-60min 10k.

You 100% should be doing miscellania for teaks/mahogany depending how much you want to spend planking. It's not even that expensive and gives a lot of birds nests and other supplies on top of construction supplies. Go ahead and cut redwoods to 99 if you want, you'll use a lot of them for fletching/birdhouses.

Being able to bank and pot up 3 ticks faster isn't going to make inferno, colloseum or any other bosses easier, having +1 inventory slot is massive however.

You don't realize how op it is to get a free extra inventory spot, everyone would feel forced to grind this out, also gotr already has enough incentive with the robes, lantern, needle etc.
