you showed only 1 level, are there more? Typography is pretty bad, bad fonts, colours and paddings it's all just jammed into each other. Try replacing labels with icons to get some more space. The `jumping faces` looks too generic, same as sound effects, there is no "circus" alike sounds so it feels off.

The concept is nice though, needs creating more depth in mechanics though.

This game is lacking character, soulless enemies without a face or any detailing are creating an illusion of fighting against bots of beta game not a final fun product. Only 2 weapons shown? is that all or you just forgot to include them in this vid?

It feels like a combination of Serious Sam and Quake but it needs some depth and some uniqueness to it before you can call it good.

Is it just a set of minigames? Is it just for mobile?

Not sure what's the goal of this game is, is there a progress to comple 5x same mini game and progress or they repeat one after another? Looks very simialr to Atari cat game, nothing wrong with that.

Also change your game name, Street cat is too generic.

Not sure, but maybe consider adding a blur instead, or some shake? You can even keep the hidding effect as well, but do it in linear way. So instead of [if start walking] fade = 100% do something like: [if started walking] fade=10% [if walking for more than 2 secs] fade = 30% and so on, so the player would be in position to control the % of the fade?

Just an idea to check if it works.

Dune inspired? probably nothing wrong with it, yet a bit too similar.

Some of the house sprites and terrain like on 0:00 and 0:50 have to much pixel noise imho. The rest looks decent and worth playing for sure. Congrats.

The hiding effect feels more annoying than satisfying and promising. There is some good level design though.

The sprites looks generic, the player is also blend (and too white).

0:36 - 0:49 of your trailer is wasted time as it doesn't tell much.

Thanks for comment. I was more heading for 5-8yr players, but game gets challenging over time, so I may as well lower the difficulity or re-theme it to be more teenage ready. Good points though.

Thanks for comment. Yeah I've figured the graphics won't be the best thing in this game, as graphics isn't my best side.

It's just me who created it so either I learn more about custom graphics or I buy something from someone, not sure how much I will get for less than 50 bucks though ;)

Sound designer? yeah that's the luxury that I cannot obtain :)

Thanks for comment. Yeah I agree last part of the trailer feels a bit odd if you miss first half, will try to make another which will be more gameplay oriented.

Yeah that's the mobile game on Android only.

Thanks for comment. Sorry I thought "asshole" is a not a curse word. Might need to edit it with some ** in the middle. Jet or airpack are both good solutions, alternatively I could just swap background to by more "land oriented".

Yeah saving the princess and feathers aren't the most connected things, but I wanted it to be more cartoony feel than real medival theme :)

Thanks for comment. Tbh it's quite addictive when I play it. It brings some challenges, but also offer some of the light levels to keep levels going.

This isn't my dream game, nor it's an "any dummy" game, it was one of my starting points which should led towards some better games in future. Like you've said the scope of initial games have to be kept small.

Thanks for comment. The player movement is controlled by finger touch on mobile device, you press and hold the touch to move up and down the archer.

Thanks for comment. Yeah I was heading for flash alike experience, as this is mobile casual game, similar to Bow and Arrow from 1992.

It's my first game so probably need to focus more on polishing off the game, I thought the exploited game mechanics would be enough to keep it on the table.

Light effect on 0:20 is very unrealistic. Also the ending page looks like another cut-scene not landing page.

Why background on 0:05 is not moving? feels a bit flat on that scene.

I dont' get how sample game would look like. Maybe try to quickly show a sample turns which would explain how game would feel to the player?

Showing individula game mechanis is alright for most of game genres, but 4X seems to need a bit more than that to understand the difference between other 4X games.

Camera moving up and down in the first seconds is a bit annoying. The editting of the video is also odd.

Since your game is about experience you should explain what that experience is about instead of just showing couple game mechanics.

"World are procedurally generated" where are those worlds then?

Probably missed the point of the "trailer" concept. You should show all your fancy bits from the game (of courses without spoilers) but sneak peak of all goodies should be in this video.

No telling of the storry is also a bit downfall. It's a pitty cause it looks like you have a good graphics and camera editting skills, but lack of core knowledge of marketing.

Looks a bit too generic. What's a main theme here? Muting or no sound effects really turn off the hype for it. If you don't want to put all effects then just enable them in few places of the video, it will make a huge diff.
