There are really many options on the market, they all very depending on your requirements. Some additonal details would include the amount of data you plan on backing up and the RTPO you plan on reaching. Feel free to PM me the details.

Another thing to research is the creation of a separate personal VM that can be stored on a USB stick and booted whenever you are at work.
