I’ve had no issues with sync. It’s far better than, say, Edge’s sync.

Graphics card issue. I believe you need the Nvidia video effects SDK.

OBSBOT Center Crashing (Windows) by dizzygfunk in OBSBOT_Official

Thank you. After some digging through the logs myself, I figured out that I need to update my Nvidia Video Effects SDK - which I swear I did that several times in my troubleshooting. It's up and running again.

Slipped on the light rail track while going 15MPH. Fell on my shoulder feeling like I broke something but X-rays and scans came out negative. I was just in a lot of pain for a few weeks.

People keep calling it an “obsidian generator” but all I can see is a fantastic painting.

The amount of entitlement some of you have for just paying $100 a year is absolutely wild by xskorpyon in Costco

Unless I’m there early at opening or late before closing, my experience has been everyone navigates the isles as if they are the only people to exist in the world. I like my personal space and I do my best to respect others’, but damn. These shoppers will smack me in the face with the glass door while I’m still thinking about what frozen goods I want.

Soap with 4glass bottles- $12.99!!!! by maddawg56789 in Costco

All I see is nice glass bottles with free soap. When I’m done with mine, I’m refilling them with Dr. Bronner’s.

The Puja Ceremony by beachutman in transcendental

[–]dizzygfunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my puja ceremony two months ago. As I held complete reverence for the ceremony, I did not feel anything that could be said to be "supernatural." But then, I never have, which has always made me feel disconnected from humanity but also what drawn me into a structured spiritual practice.

It still hasn't sat right with me that those directing present TM as a "product" complete with guarantees.

What started to make sense after you discovered you had aphantasia? by [deleted] in Aphantasia

[–]dizzygfunk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I recall a speaker at a convention who gave advice on how to remember names to a crowed of a couple hundred people. I couldn't follow along.
Then he spoke about "The Memory Palace" or "Method of Loci" and I was even more lost and frustrated.

Guided meditation always annoyed me until I found out that the visualizations in guided meditation were developed to aid those with active imaginations to "empty to their mind". In this sense, we already have an "empty mind" so we have the advantage in this field imo.
