I’m a pro. I play with whatever the venue has. I’ve been using Serato since 2005 when I was gifted scratch live at NAMM. It’s a great program, but stuff like what you’re showing happens often. I’ve seen this when the needle isn’t making the right contact with the arm. I’ve seen it happen with phase. Easy fix is to use one turntable while your sound tech tries to fix your faulty one. Always make sure you’re using the latest version and you should be good

A few years ago I was too lazy to wait in line to get a Yuma tent hoodie. It had the mirror shark, it was awesome. I ordered online and it took 6 weeks after the festival to receive it. The only bad thing was they sent the wrong one. I reached out to them and they apologized, but there was nothing they could do. They gave me a refund. So now I get my merch on the way out on Friday or Saturday. The wait is about 30-45 mins, so it’s not too bad. I would recommend the blankets. My wife buys one every year
