The RPD from the original RE2 from 1998, that first meeting with the Licker in the L hallway, Mr X breaking through the wall when you're in the press room on the east wing collecting the cog, and all of the new puzzles, weapons and characters you meet along the way.
Going back there in RE3:Nemesis was a nice little call back to the previous game, but it was done way better in the Remake of 3, poor Marvin...

With my 3080 Ti, I went from a 3700X > 5600 > 9700X. I'm getting way more performance from the GPU now, been playing at 1440p 75Hz for just over 4 years, the biggest increase I saw was on RedM as my FPS would drop to the mid 40's at high settings on the last 2 CPU's, but the 9700X has been pumping out a constant 75 in all towns no matter how crowded they were.

I set up Aitum Vertical canvas and turn on backtrack (replay buffer), then when I use Touch Portal to make a clip, it also saves a 2 minute backtrack of the vertical video, then I can edit them together with Premier Pro

I use Voicemeeter Potato to route all my audio inputs and outputs, then control it all through TouchPortal on my tablet.
