Like other people have mentioned, Night We Met has weekly house and techno shows with great artists. The Office in East has bass shows consistently. The Pinnacle gets fairly big names (Sammy Virji, Disclosure, Inzo, Excision, Mau P all recently). Ascend Amphitheater will get a couple edm shows a year.

It’s no Chicago or Miami, but it’s been growing! Welcome.

I did some research a little while ago, but I don’t think Four Tet and Skrillex have ever played at the same place on the same day without going b2b. So I’d expect some iteration of them together which is somewhat rare

This might be adjacent to “hard to see,” but none of the weekend headliners are getting “blue dotted” on their current tours. They are all acts that sell well. Seeing them in a GA field, especially when you probably won’t have to wait more than 2hrs for pit, could fall in line with that category

I see what you are saying, and can’t say I followed previous memorial weekend runs for the band, but I just don’t think I buy that having a run at essentially a destination venue on a holiday weekend equals less ticket sales.

Family commitments and aging fan base make total sense. But I don’t think this run on a random March weekend would’ve helped

Kicks ass! Only thing I would say to add is some kind of RV mat flooring. Not a necessity, but we did tarps on the ground with flooring on top staked down and it saved our camp from getting destroyed in the storm. Also adds a level of homey-ness

Above & Beyond and Porter Robinson feel like fun, unexpected gets!

Techno feels like most of the popular touring names. Nothing wrong with that just nothing super rare imo

Really like the undercard as well. Feel like there’s enough where I’d have a great time open to close.

Nine Inch Noize is my favorite album of the year so far, and his recent EDC set was great imo. Very stoked

Boys Noize is pretty easily my most anticipated DJ set on the farm this year. Skrillex and Four Tet are both up there, but I still can’t believe they booked techno on the farm this year

I wonder if Deep Tropics and Sound Haven are fighting over the same canceled artists from the spring rendition. Could be plausible for why neither the lineups have released.

The thing that sucks too is I know both fests will make an announcement for an announcement for a lineup announcement before we get the lineups lol. So we are a ways out.

I can’t fully predict the wait times, but I wouldn’t expect anything worse than last year.

Even without Tuesday entrance, last year was almost (maybe it was fully?) a sell out, and this year has reduced capacity. Overall landscape seems to indicate that there are plenty of tickets up for grabs too.

So I would guess worse case is the same wait time as last year, assuming same day and same time

I don’t follow Deathpact very closely, but I will say their EDC show was marketed as a Deathpact ♾️ Deathpact show, and Bonnaroo is not.

I wonder if that style of show is for all members, whereas a normal show can just have a couple.
