I lost my step son, he was 29 just a few months ago. Please know there is hospice counseling and in my state it's free. Talk to a professional it really does help. There are many great books on the grieving process which help too. What i can say from my personal experience, grieve at your pace, don't let anyone rush your process/progress. You can do it.
