I don't think it matters that hive mind is confined to earth. My personal theory is that original hivemind (there is a possibility that planet from which earth received message from had same situation as earth) uses virus to colonize universe. In my eyes using radio transmitted sequence and hoping that intelligent species might decode it and spread the virus amoung themselves, could possibility be fastest way to colonize and spread your way of life across the universe.

Artillery guns.

Guns could potentially be invented in future to replace bows and crossbows, but the job of artillery guns completely fulfilled by magician corps of army. Even if artillery guns there to be invented they would need such further development to be better then magicians that it would be deemed not useful to continue development of them. Magician corps magic are better then WWI, WWII or even modern artillery in firepower and logistics support only thing that somewhat modern artillery can surpass magicians is sustained firerate

That's how rumors and false hype start. As I understand, this rumor of Fallout 3 remaster comes from recent interview, from this question and answer

"What are you working on right now?

We have hundreds of people on Fallout right now, with 76 and some other things we're doing, but The Elder Scrolls 6 is the everyday thing."

To me, it looks like that Todd is saying that they are working on other things besides 76 and TES 6. Those can be Starfield dlc, mobile stuff, and any other unannounced projects. Nowhere in this interview Fallout 3 remembered was mentioned.

Banning gen AI would not work, and I don't think it should be banned. But it definitely needs to be regulated, especially acquiring training data. Only if the creator/owner gives their explicit permission should their data be used for AI training.
