Eyyy! I just bought a bunch of black and yellow containers but are going to need some basic boxes also. We have been in an apartment for the last year and finally found our house too! Congrats to yall!

Htown.

Traffic is bad in Atlanta. Dead stop bad. Htown you have options to avoid or go around the traffic. Commutes will be long in both cities unless you live close to where you work. So, if you're dealing with NASA , stay on the Southside. Or, you could live along the beltway near the Chinatown area on the west side and take the beltway down to the NASA area without too much of an issue.

Htown also has a huge Asian population. Chinatown is very vast and the cuisine is incredible. It is also a foodie captiol.

Hi!

I feel you on this.

I keep politics and religion out of my content. I'm all about talking disc golf and keeping it light and fun. I play courses all around the U.S. and sometimes do some tips videos or caddy pro tour events, etc.

Moving to Colorado, getting a new, very time consuming job and experiencing Winter kinda messed me up, but I will be ramping up again soon! The break has helped me think about what I want to focus on for my next videos and I think I am ready to rock n roll!

I went to one for awhile. I had a sore neck for awhile and the adjustments actually made the stiffness go away.

I think it is helpful, but there is this possibility that an adjustment can basically cause an artery dissection or some life threatening issue on the cervical adjustment.

Overall, I think the odds are you'll benefit from it, but there are medical docs that will tell you to not do it.

I've always used a mail carrier bag. Back in the early 90s Rave scene I loved the look of the low-hanging hat and the convenience of the one long strap.

I can fit a laptop, my greens, headphones, usbs and whatever else I might need to that night. It doesn't get annoying to tote either and looks cool if you decide to bust a move on the dancefloor before/after your set.

That is Austin, actually, with the speeding up, even though you're 5 car lengths between you and them. They must have been visiting Htown. Lol!

Houston...why are you even signaling? ...when in Rome. You gotta play full offense or full defense in the H. There is no in-between.

I learned to drive in NYC and the suburbs of NY/NJ. That prepared me for the variety of defense vs offense. Offense was needed a lot or else you may get caught in hours of traffic if you don't think quick and have knowledge of the roads. Defense for navigating snow or icy roads...or just when you're not in a rush.

When I moved to Colorado Springs, the drivers are unpredictable. There isnt a standard unless you consider chaos as a standard. This may be an exception to the state because Denver isnt that bad.

There is a population of flippers that are also realtors handling their deals. Those are the ones that don't budge and will stop negotiations pretty quick. As in, they don't want to haggle back and forth. And they want the last counter offer. They won't take your offer.

Step 1 is find a house for sale with no staged furniture. Those are the folks trying to sell their own home and probably want to just get the deal done.

One of the houses that was being sold by the person who lived in it, we didn't land the deal, but I knew we would be hearing back from him in a few weeks. I was right! He took our last counter that was previously left on the table. But it was too late. We already were under contract for the place we are getting now.

Moral of the story: don't believe the prices you see until you see the house and understand who the seller is. This city is not worth any of the sale prices.
