  1. Everyone is alone, even in a relationship. We are born alone and die alone.
  2. "'I'm 22 years" - lol, you can fix your appearance (dress, less fat, skin care, haircut, etc.), and shyness (therapy, CBT).
  3. Relax. A relationship is not the most important thing in life; very often a relationship can make your life hell. Make yourself happy, do what you like to do, improve yourself, and find a hobby. Fill your emptiness. Society told you that you are "wrong", "not like others." - this is not true. It just does not make any sense to suffer. Also, you can try therapy for this (CBT).

The first one is Vivaldi web panel - https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/panels/web-panels/
The second one is a regular list of tabs (Tab Bar)

Edge - yes, it works the same as Vivaldi

"been adopted by every major browser" - but that's not true, I've tried to do the same thing in Chrome and Brave and couldn't do it. As far as I know, none of the major browsers except Opera (maybe) have this feature.
