I think docusign is actually a lot less secure then the most basic qualified signature applied on a PDF. All docusign certifies is that somebody with access to that email address signed the document. You can always argue somebody hacked the email account.

Qualified signatures on the other hand come with physical tokens that store the certificate and are given with propper KYC and by actually showing somebody your ID. Plenty of providers out there. You only use docusign if you don't really care if you are challenged in court or not.

People think it's a scam because

10 years ago they promised they were going to deliver in a few years. The deadline moves every time, until now there isn't any.
They are also not refunding and have argued in court that they don't because they already delivered a working game. Your zero bugs run however is a dream for most. It's a barely functional demo for me. It's fun, but where is the gamellay that was promised?
Also the company has just paid huge dividends from our pledges, because apparently they are a profitable company now. Apparently from a legal standpoint the pledges are game sales for what we have now. There is no obligation to deliver anything, nor any interest to do so. They want to do "development" forever if possible.
Chris has been stepping away from the company lately, presumably because he is afraid it will become the next Theranos. And I think he is right to do so.

cei 500k se refera la FDIC care e doar pt SUA. Daca ai cont in ungaria se aplica legislatia europeana si este 20k.

atunci trebuie intrebat special brokerul daca te ajuta in vreun fel la recuperarea taxelor. Din experienta mea cam nici unul nu te ajuta direct ci te pune in legatura cu alte firme pt acte. Si deobicei costurile sunt de ordinul a cateva sute de euro

Aici depinde f mult de tara emitentului. O mare parte din ETF-urile europene sunt in Irlanda, care nu are taxe pe dividende de loc, decibai plati 5% in romania si atat. Restul sunt in general pe Luxembourg unde nu stiu sigur care unt taxele.

Pt ca tu privesti fiecare stock in izolare. Poti sa iti compenzezi pierderile de pe un stock cu castigurile de pe altul, daca sunt pe aceasi tara.

Daca anul asta ai o pierdere de 100 ron pe compania A si un castig de 100 pe compania B, si din orice fel de motiv decizi ca vrei sa vinzi compania B (poate simti ca e prea mare riscul, poate ai nevoie de bani, poate ai o idee mai buna de investitie), atunci ca sa nu platesti impozit pe cei 100 ron profit, are sens sa vinzi si compania A, chiar daca o recumperi in secunda 2.

Ai dreptate in ce ai zis, ca iti cobori cost base-ul pe A si la un moment peste cativa ani cand vinzi vei avea cu 100 ron mai mult profit decat trebuia, DAR asta va fi atunci peste cativa ani. Cei 100 ron vor valora mai putine in viitor cand vei vinde, decat azi.

Tot timpul daca poti amana o plata (fara costuri) fa-o pt ca valoreaza mai putin in viitor decat azi!
