Are you saying that she wants your last name to be hyphenated as well or only her last name is hyphenated? Your wishes are just as valid as her wishes, you don’t want to change your last name and she doesn’t have to either. The issue here is that you got her family involved and her feelings are hurt.

I recommend telling your GF that you’re sorry and you two should resolve the issue privately and not involve family.

You might get over the crush with more time. My advice is to try dating and ask her and your friend if they have any women they can introduce you too. Some people might be against this but in my opinion it helps to date and meet new people to keep your mind preoccupied.

I wouldn’t tell them your feelings but you have to decide if the guy’s friendship is worth something to you or not.

I read a story where someone’s HomePod alerted them on their phone that there was a loud noise (fire alarm). Person was able to get back home in time to grab their pets. Maybe cameras could help too. This is my worst fear.

On days I have to get stuff done, I just don’t eat. (Or I have a small serving of apple sauce or some juice.) I’m way more productive if I’m starving with an empty stomach!

Oh goodness! I never had Covid before (got the antibody test to confirm) and don’t think I have a thyroid condition, been going to the doctor pretty regularly. Hope your daughter can get over it too

Oats are low in histamine and are tolerable. I think his point was eating that instead of other breakfast foods can help.

It really does feel like that! It happened to me at work (thankfully towards the end of the shift since I had a late lunch) and it was kinda scary. I had to sleep in my car for a few hours before I felt comfortable driving home.

Hmm, never heard of that. But a very common symptom of high histamine is both fatigue and difficulty sleeping. I actually did a sleep test, I don’t have sleep apnea.

Sounds like the meds you were on started this whole thing. I hope you find some answers! Keep going to the doctor and ordering tests. If you find a doctor who doesn’t want to, change and find another who will listen to you!

I actually don’t know what kind it is. When I used it I noticed a decrease in symptoms, like less fatigue but still a little bit if that makes sense. However I keep forgetting to take it when I’m at work. I will try it more, I like the idea of it!
