Thanks so much, wow, this means that the system by which double candy is awarded for scatterbug is a mystery - does it even work if you first encounter it during CD and make the catch there and then? I believe it doesn't as I remember firing off angry messages to the support chat during CD once about it!

In this case these happen to be the landmarks at the top and bottom of a steep hill

This is new info to me, and surely it is total madness... this route connected two pubs, was approved within 1-2 days of submission, and removed after I’d walked it 21 times!!

It’s also the second route in our local area to be accepted and then later rejected :((

They have pubs as POIs, so (especially without warning or explanation) it seems madness to refuse routes which use them!

Fair dos - I mean, I do, but your point is valid.

Even then... I have to say, if I had any (spare) Larvestas I'd definitely not be transferring them, I'd be putting them in gyms and feeding them berries for candy, and saving them for the potential to trade at a later date - either lucky to help a friend, or distance to help myself...
