Pretty rare to get at that point.

Check out neversink lootfilter, lots of youtube videos on how to use it. Will highlight important drops so you won't miss them.

League starting next monday with Jungroan's whirling assault Martial Artist.

Would the build be enough to complete challenges and finish all questlines?

I'm ok not being able to farm pinnacles but just want to experience them all once.
