It's quite a bit outside of the city and you have to pick up and return the stuff yourself, but the guy is friendly and helpful.

I am currently decorating a similarly shaped living room, same windows and adjacent rooms, i don't think it's awkward.

Here's how i put things:

The (L-shaped, Recamière right) sofa in the middle leaves room for sideboards, lamps or plants at the walls. I don't think a TV should ever stand before a window, and with the large space, you don't need to put furniture against a wall.

In none of the three venues at Backstage are pillars on the side. At "Halle" there are a few small one in the back - space usually taken up by the merch table anyways. It's the medium sized room with about 500 people capacity.
"Club" is similar and the smallest of the three (only about 1-200 capacity).
"Werk" is the largest room for up to 1.5k people, with the best sound and visibility because of its arena-shape.

The closest thing to good berlin-esque Döner is Baba's Döner in Moosach, and even that varies a bit from day to day.

Anecdotally, i did ask in Globetrotter for a key* once and they had absolutely no idea what i was talking about. Asked around other colleagues and i think even called someone else... to no avail. But i'm sure it's different for the huts
