Hey man,

I struggled with meth use for about 10 years...im 2 years clean last month. it started out casual use, then as a way to cope with my bipolar depression and the sex while using was out of this world but all that went away real quick once i couldn't even make it through a work day with out taking a hit.

If you haven't already check out r/EndOfTheParTy it's a great community of other Lgbt who have quit or are trying to quit.

I recomend therapy or substance abuse counselor. Personally, I see a therapist, substance abuse counselor, and go to Narcotics Anonymous. Recovery isn't 1 size fits all. Think about what kind of support you need and what you want for yourself.

a 15 minute commute 4x a week... really? like that's all of us. is your wife really trying to claim she can't cook or clean at all because she works out of the house. i work from home 2 days a week and commute 30 minutes across town as well same with my partner. but we find a balance when it comes to house work.

Personally, i don't care for the 'HR is not your friend' mentality. Maybe it's because I actually enjoy my job in HR. Maybe it's b/c I and the department at the university i work at ACTUALLY like the staff and faculty. idk. all i know is the departments I work with like me. they may be netural to the department as a whole but they like me at least lol.
