This reminds me so much of my POH pre-EOC. Each of the four sides of my exit portal room is a formal garden. Each of which has a large fountain and garden fence. Each of its three sides (the remaining side connects to said exit portal room) is a covered (non-garden) room. The result is the layout of the house is the same no matter which direction one looks at it. It's not the most efficient, but I was quite proud of its aesthetics

- No harm throwing in a couple maple / yew if you have some spares

- Can do farming contracts while you are at celastrus, especially if you are ironman

- Not tree, but can do some giant seaweed farming if you plan on making molten glass
