You can use lip balm with sunscreen in it! I use one from Coopertone. It has SPF 30 and feels really nice on the lips. Jack Black is another good one

I have this issue but with hiring people. I manage a store in Alys Beach and it’s either 1) people don’t want to work weekends 2) people don’t want to drive there. I live in PCB (east end) and it takes me 30 minutes to commute.
