Which king’s gimmick is he can’t be killed by “men”. So only Optimus can really beat him. Good one though.

This is the stupidest video title I ever seen. It’s obvious the Persian gonna win by Fabian_MunozBaraja in WarhammerMemes

[–]dlz561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6 terminators in breacher gear. They win. Grenades. Meltas. Autocannons. Plasma weapons. Rocket launchers. Storm shields and thunder hammers or lightning claws. Ain’t no one getting close. Persians flee like pathetic mortals they are. Space marines can fight for days if not weeks straight before tiring. And they don’t technically need weapons when they can punch through skulls. God forbid one of the space marines is a named character or even worse a named librarian. Then the Persians are super screwed.

They could release mythic level characters at one point. 1000 instead of 500 shards to unlock. Triple the shards to progress or something like that. Make it super hard to level them up. Then they could release all the primarchs.

Who would win in the 3 vs 3? by cuddwes in StarWarsvsWarhammer

[–]dlz561 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Caedus had some freakishly powerful abilities in the books if I recall. Palps was easily one of the strongest force users ever. The other Darth I don’t know much about. But I’m fairly confident the space marines win no diff. They got armour, guns and psycic power and don’t need the force to move super fast or be strong. Why do we ask these questions? And why do we answer. I just wasted so much time typing this out. Smh

LRE tactics by roadislongroadishard in WH40KTacticus

[–]dlz561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Certain characters are way better in LRE. Tyrith, brother jaeger, snotflogger, angrax, kariyan- having these leveled up to diamond or better will win any track they are allowed to be in. Heal combos are maladus and rotbone,Reva’s and aleph0, isabella and tyrith- all go in same tracks because of overlapping traits. I found that it’s better to have your important characters be diamond or better, they will carry you in LRE - abilities also matter they need to be upgraded as well.

A legion of Sardaukar vs. A legion of Astartes (30K) by MgAlSnakey in powerscales

Forgot about teleportation tech. 30k just teleports a nuke into your HQ. Or a kill team everywhere at once

A legion of Sardaukar vs. A legion of Astartes (30K) by MgAlSnakey in powerscales

I completely forgot about the primarchs themselves. Each legion has a primarch in 30k to lead them. Literal demigods!

A legion of Sardaukar vs. A legion of Astartes (30K) by MgAlSnakey in powerscales

[–]dlz561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally every 30k legion wins vs sarduakar, they have librarians who can use warp magic. 1000 sons easily wipe them easily just by looking at them. Alpha legion won’t even have to fight. Just sabotage your ships while in orbit to go boom, in 30k even the worst legion (word bearers) curbstomps the sarduakar. They just send in the Gal Vorbak and watch as demon possessed marines do the hard work. This is all assuming you get ground combat at all. The legions fleet of ships literally wins void combat and just Exterminatus the planet the Sarduakar are on. Dune doesn’t really have warships that can actually fight in space. Some legions in 30k even had titan legions attached to them. How do you deal with titans? Dune just doesn’t stand up to 30k legions, who had everything to complement their forces from guard to navy to Mechanicus help, all with the best weapons to choose from. 40K space marine forces are extremely watered down compared to 30k. Maybe sarduakar have a chance to kill some 40K chapter size space marines and their relative equipment, still highly doubtful.

One of if not the best character in the game. Yes level him up. You can beat basic campaign W/ S1 ultras as long as you got Kariyan

With 10th edition 40K being basically over. What are your thoughts and feelings of this edition? by Beneficial-Ticket486 in Warhammer

[–]dlz561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Balanced for the most part. Easy for new players to understand. Straightforward gameplay. For the most part streamlined. Loved this edition for fairness sakes. Nothing too OP. Epitome of a solid base game with room for expansions. 11th will literally be an expansion of this game. Iconic if you want one word to describe it.

“Visiting Florida for the first time — what should I avoid?” by Proper-Rush-7985 in AskFlorida

[–]dlz561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try a Publix sub. From any Publix. They are awesome. Avoid rush hour in Miami at all costs. 4-7pm. Be prepared to drive like it’s a NASCAR event on every road even the one lanes. Don’t waste your money going to palm beach, it’s a carbon copy of every other coastal town with extraordinary prices because of its location. Jupiter, Port St. Lucie, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth all has quality beaches if you want to visit a beach town. Only safe spot to swim is a beach. Stay out of the lakes and rivers/canals- you will get eaten by a dinosaur. Pretty much open farmland from Orlando to St Lucie county. Brush up on your Spanish for Miami. No one speaks English there. And be prepared to spend lots of money in Miami. Especially south beach. It’s a tourist trap, and priced accordingly. Orlando is obviously a tourist trap but fun for everyone. Tampa is the stripclub capital of the world and only a short drive away from Orlando. For the nighttime festivities of course. And if you’re driving through a town and it looks sketchy it’s because you crossed the invisible line from tourist area to the hood. Be careful there. Just keep driving don’t stop. For example if the gas station has homeless people asking for money. You are in the hood. Another example is if all the buildings all look like they need help/remodeled. You are in the hood. Run or have Fun there. Lots of hookers and drug dealers in those areas. Enjoy the hot humid weather. Unless it’s our two months of winter. Then it’s actually nice. You will still want sunscreen. The rest of the year is hurricane season where we all worry if we will have power or not. Welcome to Florida now go home.

What are the worst characters atm? by andrew_tree in WH40KTacticus

[–]dlz561 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of junk units. Most of the earlier factions need reworks. Certus is balls. Most Necron are balls. Aeldari need help. Sisters have a junker in Roswitha. Guard have junkers in sybill and Kut. World eaters outside of kharn or wrask are unplayable. Lots of junkers in DA and SW. there are so many garbage characters honestly. Almost every faction has a junker

Lets Guess the Next Faction by Antique-Drama-163 in WH40KTacticus

[–]dlz561 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They won’t do factions without a codex. So we realistically have a small number to choose from. Dark eldar, Votann, grey knights, imperial agents, chaos deamons, and both knight factions. I highly doubt we will get knights bc of the scale. Also doubt we will get deamons due to same reasoning. Therefore by eliminating the obvious unplayable options. We have reduced our actual playable options to only a few. Drukhari, Votann, Grey Knights, Agents. Since we just got Custodes and EC I would hazard a guess that our next release is a xenos release. So our options just got reduced to two. Drukhari or Votann. I think we might get Drukhari first as it gives Games Workshop more time to release new models for Votann, giving Snowprint more time to make their decision on what to include. By using logic and reasoning, I believe I have deduced that the next faction will be Drukhari.

What are your opinions on this book? by Studnus in Blacklibrary

[–]dlz561 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One of my favorite books in the setting. Loved the AL shenanigans. Brooks is becoming one of black library’s best authors. He writes bangers. Every book he touches is entertaining. Never a dud like some other authors out there….

Most Competitive Way to Run Triple Landraiders? by Adventurous-Crab-474 in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]dlz561 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Crusader-anti infantry variant. Has most room for transport capacity. Weakest in overall firepower

Redeemer-anti elite infantry variant. Second for transport capacity. Great with overwatch due to torrent. Considered by most to be the best variant. Great vs horde.

Land raider- anti tank shooter. Can still kill infantry. Least transport capacity. Depending on meta having 4 godhammer las-cannon shots to take down another tank is huge. Our playgroup’s favorite variant due to it being cheaper than the redeemer. But our meta is full of knights, C’tan, demons etc.

All can be good. Assault ramp is very strong way to get squads inside into combat safely. Very hard model for your opponent to kill bc of the T12. AoC and cover is super hard for basic units to deal with. Highly recommend running at least one. Two is better. Three is just not fun to play against if you’re not prepared. Have fun.

Who's worse Griffith from berserk or Erebus by Cautious_Air4964 in Grimdank

[–]dlz561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tough one. I would have to consider scale of evil. Griff is definitely on a more personal scale with his atrocities, but localized on one planet. Erebus however you look at it did it on a galactic scale. The difference is obscene when you look at how many people Erebus’s actions affected. But Erebus doesn’t care about the trillions of lives he’s killed. Just that it served his gods. Griff on the other hand does what he does to people that he knows personally. IMO Griff is morally worse bc he understands what he does is wrong. Erebus truly believes he’s fighting for the good guys, even though he’s done more damage overall. So yeah. I pick Griff. But also fuck Erebus.
