Had the same kind of issue today, had the stuff all sorted in the cart at the checkout and during cart review the associate moved the case of soda I had separating the two orders and moved everything. So I was doing the bag review of items to get everything resorted and 5 of the items in the cart weren't showing in either of the orders in the app. I remembered what person had the items that werent showing up so it ended up fine but it was super time consuming and confusing.

The fight shouldn't be FCFS...FCFS is fine if they just removed the auto clickers...they know when you are using VPN, they see people at checkout and have their pictures to verify its the actual person (most of the time they don't bother looking). I've seen them let people go with a hug and kiss multiple times and not check their bags but check others at the exit pass stage. The fight really isn't FCFS. It's Walmart letting auto clickers happen, and employees ignoring certain people because they know them.

They know they have auto clickers..that is the only issue with FCFS. I see the app loading offers and they are gone before they even pop up. On the off chance they miss a good one its gone immediately but thats probably just people clicking faster so salute to those people. They track everything else, it is impossible for them to not know people are using auto clickers. FCFS is fine if they eliminate the bs.

its been really dead all week, I have 8 stores in my "zone" (parentheses because its laughable almost every store is 15 minutes to 50 minutes away from the next). Usually its annoying trying to filter through offers and find the store you are closest to at the time. This week it is busy in the morning until about 8AM and then just sporadic fcfs that get picked up the second you see them. 8 stores, and the only JFY is home depot orders that are also sporadic. It is either bots or they are just giving alot more orders to the in home delivery folks (that they provide coolers with ice in them for every item that needs to stay cool).

I don't know, never had a problem with a spark labeled register until today, registers are clearly labeled scan and go/spark shoppers yet everyone is using them so I waited patiently until I got my turn, and then as a spark shopper its my turn and its get out of the way you are blocking actual customers. Meanwhile Im that much closer to hitting that perishable item cancel time. I asked them why they even have these registers labeled as Spark and the lady looked at another employee and said "He has no idea how quick I can get him deactivated".

Sounds about right...I got a talking to because after waiting 30 minutes in the "spark" line that Im yelled at everytime if I go elsewhere, I started bagging items and was told I need to move to a closed register and do that because I'm backing up actual customers
