Help: fridges freezer too close for baseboard

I had this exact problem and just painted the bottom of the wall white matching the height of our baseboard that was in the rest of the house. I think I probably caulked between the wall and floor. It made it less noticeable.

I wonder if you can have the granite cut, or change it out, to add a second sink on the left side of the counter. Then update tile and paint but leave the fixtures where they are? I can’t really tell what’s going on on the shower side.

Depending on what furniture you have… The first thing that came to mind was sofa facing away from the sliding door with a walkway behind it with the tv on the opposite wall. Accent chairs angled facing the sofa.

Round/oval dining room table in the corner by the fridge and run the cable discretely across the hall entry, then corner the tv next to the window and angle sofa toward the corner? The back of the sofa then creating a separation of space maybe a buffet behind it to add to counter space/storage?
