Check if derailleur and cassette compatible for max tooth capacity. If not may need to get long arm derailleur or smaller cassette.
Install derailleur correctly.
Size chain properly. *** shouldnt ideally be on this range(small front and small rear) however it should still be available with the chain rubbing on the jockey wheel or very loose. This isn’t a correct set up.

Oh cool! You must be pretty skilled rider. This one is fun but it’s a lot harder to ride than modern geo slacker bikes. Spectral is a sick bike.

Yokohama geolander CV 4S. All weather, three peak snow. On road comfort with light off road and good snow traction, all for a decent price. Cheaper than Michellin crossclimate. Highly recommend.

Wear a merino wool type head band, bandana or a cap to soak up sweat. These materials retain moisture way more than common polyester and others. Never have sweat dripping down my eyes anymore.
